Dean Smith has hinted that he wants to sign more players at Aston Villa this summer, as per his comments in the Birmingham Mail.
Villa have already brought in Ollie Watkins, Emiliano Martinez, Matty Cash and Bertrand Traore, in what has been another busy summer at Villa Park.
But Smith does not think that Villa’s spending is going to stop there.
And the Villa boss says that he is still in conversations over bringing in more new players.
“I’m still discussing with Christian (Purslow) and Johan (Lange) about getting some more in but we’ll have to see,” Smith said.
Villa got their Premier League campaign off to a winning start last night, as they beat Sheffield United 1-0.

Smith’s side weren’t at their best though, and that may have only strengthened his belief that more new additions may be needed.
Villa have now spent heavily over the past two summers since their return to the Premier League.
The claret and blues are next in action in the Premier League when they take on Fulham at Craven Cottage.
