Speaking on the Sky Sports Premier League YouTube channel, Dean Henderson has been discussing Harry Kane.
Henderson, of course, knows Kane well from his time with the England squad, and unfortunately, he’s also scored a fair few goals against him in the Premier League.
According to Henderson, Kane is the most clinical striker he’s ever faced, and he’s described his ability in training as ‘ridiculous’ stating that the Tottenham star has incredible technique.

The most clinical striker
Henderson had nothing but good things to say about Kane.
“Harry Kane for sure, he just slaps the ball hard, he just slaps it into the corners, he can go either way, it doesn’t affect him no matter where he is he can turn his foot on it so you have to be aware and be constantly ready for it,” Henderson said.
“He’s ridiculous in shooting drills and that, he’s unbelievable. He has such a pure technique and he’s so hard to read because he turns his phone at the last second. He is top, fair play to him, he is quality.”
Beyond brilliant
We can’t even begin to imagine what it’s like to face-off against Harry Kane as a goalkeeper.
As Henderson says, the England captain can pick out any corner he wants with an immense amount of power, and we’d hate to have to face him in a game, nevermind in training when he’s able to take shot after shot.
Kane’s shooting ability is beyond brilliant, and we certainly don’t envy any goalkeeper tasked with trying to stop any of his efforts.
Luckily for Henderson, he only has to face off against Kane twice a season, and he’s gotten one of those games out of the way already.
