Former West Ham striker Ashton was following the match, and he has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result. The Englishman believes that the current squad needs big improvement in the summer.

Visitors Liverpool had 67% of the possession, took 26 shots of which 11 were on target, and earned six corners, according to BBC Sport.
