The attacking midfielder desperately struggled during his short spell at Everton.

Dutch ace Davy Klaassen sat down for an exclusive interview with De Telegraaf, and suggested that he has absolutely no regrets at leaving Everton for Werder Bremen in the summer, having spent just one season at Goodison Park.
The 25-year-old joined the Toffees from Ajax in the summer of 2017, for a fee believed to be worth somewhere in the region of £23.6 million, but he desperately failed to establish himself on Merseyside, chalking up just one assist and zero goals in 16 appearances in all competitions.
Klaassen then left Everton from Werder Bremen in July 2018, for half of what they paid for him the previous year, and he has been in decent form in Germany, racking up three goals and five assists in 24 appearance sin all competitions.
And the Holland international told De Telegraaf how leaving Everton was the right thing to do, and he has not regretted it for one moment:

“I have not regretted my move from Everton to Werder Bremen for a second. I am very happy here, I really enjoy it.”
Since Klaassen left, Everton have been experiencing real problems under Marco Silva, but even in spite of that, is is highly doubtful that too many Toffees fans will be missing the Dutchman.
