Arsenal have only signed Granit Xhaka so far this summer.

Speaking to talkSPORT, David Seaman has urged Arsene Wenger to sign more players to give Arsenal and the fans a much needed lift.
The Gunners have been quiet so far this summer, with Granit Xhaka the only senior signing to arrive at the club.
They have been linked with a number of potential signings, with it looking like a new striker is at the top of their wish list.

So far no further recruits have been added though and that has disappointed the club’s fans, who were keen to see them bring in big names to try and bounce back from their disappointment about last season.
And Seaman has urged his former boss to start making those signings to try and give the lift that both the club and its fans are in need of this summer.
“We still need a dominant centre-half. We’ll see what Granit [Xhaka]’s like in midfield, but ideally we need someone like Patrick Vieira,” he told talkSPORT.
“He needs to buy someone to give the club a lift and give the fans a lift. Ideally a striker would be great, but either a centre-half or midfielder would do for me.”

It remains to be seen whether Arsene Wenger can get the signings that his side needs to become serious title challengers.
Given the work that their rivals have done so far, namely Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea, they will certainly need big names to arrive at the club.
In an inflated market where good deals are hard to find though, there is every chance that Arsenal fans may be frustrated in the transfer window once again.
