Josh Bowler joined Everton in the summer of 2017 after leaving Queens Park Rangers.

Bowler was in action for the Everton Under-23 side against their Brighton and Hove Albion counterparts in Premier League International Cup.
The 19-year-old played well for the Toffees, as the match ended in an entertaining 2-2 draw.
Everton U23 manager Unsworth was impressed with the display produced by the winger and has praised him highly.
Unsworth told Everton’s official website about Bowler: “That’s the best performance he’s produced in an Everton shirt.
“He had a little injury pre-season and he’s been disappointed and frustrated not to be in the team, to the point that he was champing at the bit.”

Progress
Bowler has been on the books of Everton since the summer of 2017 when he moved to the Merseyside outfit after leaving London club QPR, as reported by The Sun.
The winger was at Rangers from 2013 until 2017 and made just one appearance in the Championship for the London club’s first team during the 2016-17 campaign.
Back in July 2018, former QPR chairman Tony Fernandes took a dig at Bowler on social networking site Twitter, suggesting that he should not have left Rangers for Everton.
While the youngster has yet to break into the Toffees’ first team, the winger seems to be progressing well, and he could well find himself playing for Marco Silva’s side soon.
