Fraser Hornby scored for the Everton Under-23 side against their Tottenham Hotspur counterparts this past weekend.

Hornby was in action for the Everton Under-23 side against their Tottenham counterparts at Goodison Park on Sunday.
The 19-year-old forward scored for the home team, as they got the better of Spurs 6-0.
Everton Under-23 manager Unsworth was impressed with the performance of the Scotland Under-21 international and has spoken highly of him.
Unsworth told Everton’s official website about Hornby: “It was an excellent goal. Nathan got on the ball, picked out a fantastic pass and it was a excellent run and an emphatic finish.
“I’m delighted for Fraser, he’s worked the line tirelessly – he’s got a few goals for Scotland and he’s off the mark now for us. It’s nothing more than he deserves.”

Linked away
Hornby has yet to play in the Premier League for Everton, but it is only a matter of time before the young Scottish forward does so.
The teenager is playing well for the Toffees’ Under-23 side, and he also recently scored five goals in two matches for the Scotland Under 21 team.
The youngster, though, has been linked with moves away from Everton, with The Sun on Sunday (print edition, page 63, September 16, 2018) reporting that a number of clubs are interested in signing the forward on loan in the January transfer window, with the Toffees claimed to be open to the idea of sanctioning a loan move (click here to read more).
