It appears as if David Turnbull hasn’t completely given up on his Celtic dream.

If Twitter activity is anything to go by, David Turnbull might still harbour an ambition to join Celtic at one point in the future.
The 19-year-old will be staying at Motherwell for now after his £3.25 million move to Celtic collapsed earlier this week.
Turnbull, who was set to be unveiled by the Parkhead club, was discovered during the medical to be carrying a knee injury which could sideline him for as long as six months [The Scottish Sun].
January is the earliest that the Hoops can go back for the teenage sensation – and the player himself might fancy that.
A lot of Celtic fans sympathised with Turnbull’s situation on Twitter, and expressed their hope to see him sign for their club one day – and the Motherwell star has ‘liked’ several tweets about potentially getting a deal done at some point down the line.
You do have to feel for the young man. Not only was he close to joining Neil Lennon’s side, but last week he was reportedly on the brink of joining Norwich City in the Premier League, though it never materialised.
It’s been a rollercoaster summer for Turnbull but it looks like his knee problem spells the end of this transfer saga.
Well, until January perhaps.
