West Ham United could be busy in the January transfer window.
Sullivan has also stated that West Ham will sign players who are young and not 32.
“I regret it in a way, the first year I was more involved and the next two years I was less involved,” Sullivan told The Guardian. “We’ve let the manager pick who he wants.
“Maybe going forward we won’t. We have to take a look at the age of the players we’re signing.
“We will have to bring in two or three in January. They won’t be old journeymen, they will be young players. They won’t be 32.”
West Ham were quite busy in the summer transfer window and signed, among others, striker Javier Hernandez and winger Marko Arnautovic.
The Hammers’ performances and results so far this season have been disappointing, and the club are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
David Moyes is a good manager, and recent performances under the former Everton and Sunderland boss have been encouraging.
Signing two or three players would be great for West Ham, especially if they are of quality and have Premier League experience.
The Hammers are second from bottom in the league table at the moment with just 10 points from 15 matches.
West Ham will face Chelsea at the London Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
