West Ham United drew 1-1 with Manchester United on Sunday.
West Ham United chairman David Sullivan has told the club’s official website that he is hoping the side have turned a corner with their recent performances.
The Hammers have endured a disappointing first half of the season and were 17th in the table heading into the weekend’s game against Manchester United.
They ended up leaving Old Trafford with a draw after Zlatan Ibrahimovic levelled Diafra Sakho’s early opening goal.

It was a much-improved performance from Slaven Bilic’s team, who had to put on a resolute defensive display to ensure they left with at least a point.
Chairman Sullivan was certainly impressed by what he saw, saying he hopes they have now turned a corner.
“This was always going to be a testing time for the Club with the run of hard games we were facing, but there is no doubt that the team is playing a lot better,” he told the club’s official website.
“Nobody is enjoying looking at the table at the moment but I hope we have now turned a corner.”

It will be interesting to see if this result does mark the start of the Hammers starting to turn things around this season.
They certainly do not have any easier games coming up, with Arsenal at home next in the league, a team they have only beaten once in the last ten meetings between the two.
With the Gunners currently flying high, this game will be a tough one, to say the least, but a win could provide them with the momentum they need to really kick-start their season.
