David Prutton has predicted on Skysports.com that Leeds United will not win against Millwall due to the absence of Kemar Roofe.

Roofe, who can operate as a striker or as a winger, is not available for Leeds for their Championship match against Millwall away from home at The Den on Saturday afternoon.

As reported by Leeds Live, the 25-year-old has a calf injury and will be on the sidelines for two to three weeks.

Former Leeds midfielder Prutton has predicted that Millwall will draw the match with the West Yorkshire outfit.

Prutton has also stated that he would have backed Leeds to win had Roofe been fit and available.

While backing the match to end in a 1-1 draw, Prutton wrote on Skysports.com: “Leeds are facing their first mini crisis of the season after losing both their strikers to injury this week.

“Patrick Bamford being ruled out for several months is a huge blow and Kemar Roofe also looks set to miss the trip to Millwall.

“This will give Millwall a huge boost after a run of three straight defeats, especially after throwing away that lead against 10-man Swansea before the break.

“If Roofe was fit I’d have to back another Leeds win here, but without him I’m going to go for a draw.”
