Ipswich Town host Leeds United at Portman Road in the Championship this weekend.

Thomas Christiansen’s men have now gone three games without a win, but there is no question that the most recent result will sting the most as they were knocked out of the FA Cup by Newport County.

Leeds were outplayed for most of the game and could have few complaints when the League Two side scored twice late on to turn the game around, and Ipswich will be hoping to capitalise at Portman Road.
Mick McCarthy’s men’s form is even more worrying however, with the Tractor Boys losing their last three and not winning since mid-December. But Prutton believes that they will end their losing run on Saturday with the points being shared.

“Leeds put in a dreadful performance at Newport in the FA Cup at the weekend, but Thomas Christiansen won’t be too bothered if they go on to book a top-six spot. I can’t split these two, however, so I’ll back a draw.”
Ipswich caused Leeds some real problems at Elland Road when they met earlier in the season before the Whites came out on top when Bartosz Bialkowski dropped a Pablo Hernandez cross over the goal line for the winner.
And after the result at Rodney Parade at the weekend, there is surely no question that Christiansen would take a slightly underwhelming performance from his players if it also saw the team get back to winning ways.
