Aston Villa and Sheffield Wednesday will face each other in the Championship this weekend.

Villa and Wednesday will face each other at Villa Park in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
Former Wednesday midfielder Prutton believes that the match will finish in a 2-2 draw.

“It’s hard to call this one,” Prutton wrote on Skysports.com. “Sheffield Wednesday got back to winning ways in midweek but every time they do get a victory it seems to be followed quickly by another poor run, and that’s why they find themselves in mid-table at the start of November.
“Aston Villa, meanwhile, will be content with their draw at Birmingham and got a great win at Preston on Wednesday night, but it’s been a tough week and I feel like this will be a draw.”
A footnote added: “Prutton predicts: 2-2.”

Villa are on a high and are showing the sort of form that most Championship observers expect from them.
The Villans are very much in the running for the playoffs, and if results continue to be as good as they have been in recent weeks, then Steve Bruce’s side could even challenge for the automatic promotion places.
Playing at Villa Park will give Bruce and his players an advantage against Wednesday, who themselves seem to have picked up some form.
The Owls will head into the match against Villa with confidence, and one should not be surprised if they pick up at least a point at Villa Park.
