Brendan Rodgers left Celtic for Leicester City in February 2019.

Rodgers was appointed the Celtic manager in the summer of 2016, and the former Liverpool boss was in charge of the Hoops until February 2019.
During his tenure at Celtic Park, the Hoops won the domestic treble in two successive seasons, and also clinched the Scottish League Cup in 2018-19.
Neil Lennon was appointed as Rodgers’s successor, as he led the Bhoys to the Scottish Premiership title and the Scottish Cup last season to make sure that the Glasgow giants clinch in the domestic treble for the third year in a row.
Celtic legend Provan has shared what Rodgers told him about the Celtic managerial job.
Provan wrote in The Scottish Sun: “Rodgers is still public enemy No1 in the East End of Glasgow. Brendan Rodgers told me he was in a no-win situation in Glasgow.
“The more he hoovered up trophies, the more English cynics saw the Scottish Premiership as a poor league with no opposition. Accused of betrayal by some Celtic fans, Rodgers’ influence now sees Leicester flying in the EPL.
“While he wouldn’t expect a warm reception at Celtic Park anytime soon, the record books don’t lie. Celts were lucky to have him.”

Successful season
Celtic are going strong under Lennon at the moment, and the Bhoys are very much in contention of yet another domestic treble, and they could also end up in the knockout round of the Europa League.
As for Leicester, Rodgers’s side are in brilliant form at the moment and seem to be genuinely challenging for a top-four finish in the Premier League this season.
