Alfredo Morelos is an important player for Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers.

The former Celtic and Scotland international winger, though, does not believe that Morelos will be able to earn a move to a team in the top six of the Premier League.
The 62-year-old has also suggested that the 22-year-old Colombia international striker could be tempted to switch to a club in the English top flight due to wages on offer.
Provan wrote about Morelos in The Scottish Sun: “With 23 goals already this season Morelos should get himself a decent move this summer.
“He won’t get a sniff of a top six club, but there are others who would see him as an upgrade on what they have at the moment.
“There are some seriously poor strikers in the EPL. With the average wage in England’s top flight nudging £58,000-a-week, the Colombian won’t have to be asked twice.”

Leaving Rangers
Morelos is one of the best strikers in the Scottish Premiership and is arguably the most important player in the Rangers team.
If Rangers decide to cash in on the 22-year-old in the summer of 2019, then they will certainly find clubs willing to sign the Colombia international.
Whether or not Morelos is good enough for the Premier League can only be found out once he plays for a team in the English top flight, but one suspects that he will be tempted by a move to England if a suitable offer comes in.
