Arsenal will be busy in the summer transfer market according to Ornstein.

Arsenal fans’ beloved ITK David Ornstein provided an update on Unai Emery’s plans for this summer’s transfer window, when speaking during a guest appearance on Sky Sports’ Premier League Today last night, suggesting that the Spaniard will be eyeing up to five new signings.
The Gunners have enjoyed a reasonably successful campaign this season, considering the fact that many predicted that they would struggle after Arsene Wenger’s exit last summer.
It is clear to see, however, that Emery still needs to strengthen his squad at the end of the season, if they are to challenge for major honours next term, both domestically and on the continent.
Quite who Arsenal will be targeting, however, remains up for debate.
Ornstein explained how the Gunners could make up to five new signings this summer, when speaking during a guest appearance on Sky Sports’ Premier League Today last night:

“They’re definitely looking for a box-to-box midfielder to replace Aaron Ramsey. They’re still in the hunt for a winger. They may be looking for a full-back to cover Hector Bellerin, and of course Stephan Lichtsteiner was only signed on a one-year contract. They have been linked with left-backs as well. So there’s going to be a heavy period of recruitment ahead potentially at Arsenal. They need to bring in a goalkeeper for Petr Cech.”
It remains unclear as to how much money Emery will actually be given to spend, but if he is to bring in five top quality new faces, the Arsenal board will have to dig deep this summer.
