According to TEAMtalk, Ross Barkley is interested in a reunion with David Moyes at West Ham when he leaves Aston Villa in the summer.
The 33-cap England international broke into Everton’s first team under the guidance of Moyes back in 2011, so they know each other well.
Barkley looks surplus to requirements at Chelsea, and has never really set west London alight following a £15 million move from Everton.
However, we feel he could have a similar impact to Jesse Lingard at the London Stadium, given his previous work under Moyes.
Barkley was so good under the Scotsman at Goodison Park, that the Daily Mail even described him as the next Wayne Rooney.
Within that article, the Daily Mail provided glowing comments from Moyes aimed in the direction of the Liverpool-born maestro.

Back in 2011, Moyes said: “Every club will want Ross as he is going to be an outstanding player. I’m worried it will be a difficulty for us in the future.”
The former Manchester United boss has proven himself to be a fine man-manager at West Ham, coaxing the best out of Declan Rice, Aaron Cresswell and Michail Antonio.
With Barkley’s career set to be at a crossroads in the summer, we feel he should join the Irons in a bid to get his career back on track.

He knows the manager, and he wouldn’t have to relocate seeing as he’s already living in London.
This deal makes plenty of sense, for both Barkley and West Ham.
