Sunderland will face Everton in the Premier League next week.

Sunderland manager David Moyes has suggested to The Chronicle that Victor Anichebe will not feature against Everton next week.
The Black Cats will return to action on Monday evening when they take on Everton at the Stadium of Light in the Premier League.
Anichebe joined Sunderland last week on a free transfer following his release from Premier League rivals West Bromwich Albion at the end of the 2015-16 season.
It seems that the 28-year-old forward, who started his professional club football career at Everton, will have to wait to make his competitive debut for Sunderland.

Moyes, who was appointed the Black Cats’ manager in the summer, has suggested that the Nigeria international will not be ready to face the Toffees next week.
“He’s going to need a while, because he is not ready to play yet and we are going to give him plenty of time,” Moyes told The Chronicle about Anichebe. “If Victor is right, he can be a real handful.”

Sunderland have made a disappointing start to the season and find themselves as low as 16th in the Premier League table at the moment.
The Black Cats are one of the top candidates to get relegated to the Championship at the end of the 2016-17 campaign.
Moyes’s side will head into the match against Everton on the back of a 1-1 draw with Southampton away from home at St. Mary’s Stadium.
