West Ham United goalkeeper Adrian impressed when given a chance in the first-team last weekend.

Adrian has been second choice at West Ham this season, following the arrival of Joe Hart on loan from Manchester City.
The Spanish goalkeeper reminded everyone of his qualities last weekend though, as he was restored to West Ham’s line-up and impressed hugely.
Adrian pulled off a series of great saves, as West Ham put up a good fight against Manchester City.

And Moyes admits that the 30-year-old stopper has given him a problem with his team selection, ahead of West Ham’s match against Chelsea tomorrow.
The Scottish boss said: “When I came in, I was told that Adrian was champing at the bit for his opportunity and that was always going to come, both in cup games and against City at the very least.
“He’s done himself no harm following his performance last weekend and it might be that it’s going to be tough for both of them, since whoever gets the nod might need to play very well to stay in.
“I would want to say that Adrian’s performance gives me a good problem because I’m looking for keen competition for places in this team.”

According to The Sun, it is Adrian who will be given the nod over Hart tomorrow.
Hart has not looked particularly impressive since signing for West Ham in the summer, and Adrian may now be given a run of games.
If Hart is dropped to the bench by Moyes, it could put his place in England’s World Cup squad in jeopardy.
