Victor Anichebe has scored three goals in his first two Premier League starts for Sunderland.
David Moyes has told the Sunderland Echo that Sunderland fans are helping Victor Anichebe find his best form.
Anichebe was brought to Sunderland last summer, and he has made a huge impression on Wearside.
The powerful forward has scored three goals in his last two starts, to help Sunderland pick up their first two victories of the season.

Anichebe was virtual unplayable yesterday, as Sunderland picked up a 3-0 win over Hull City.
And Moyes believes that the love which Sunderland supporters have shown towards Anichebe has helped bring the best out of him.
“He needs to be loved and think the supporters are helping him. “He likes it here and I hope they keep backing him. “Victor is a handful on his day, a real powerful figure who is bringing goals.”
Anichebe’s partnership with Jermain Defoe has been very effective in the last two fixtures, as it has helped increase the North East side’s attacking threat.

Defoe had appeared isolated in Sunderland’s first few matches of the season, but Anichebe has helped Moyes’ side get more men forward when on the attack.
Anichebe appears to have nailed down his place in Sunderland’s starting line-up already, and he will be an important player as the Black Cats look to escape from trouble.
Sunderland have moved up to 19th place in the Championship table, and they are next in action on Saturday against Liverpool at Anfield.
