West Ham put up a tough fight against Manchester City in their previous game, but in the end, they were beaten by a superior team.

The Hammers are yet to win under David Moyes, and they face another tough challenge this weekend as they go up against the reigning champions Chelsea.

Ahead of the clash, Moyes has a tough selection choice to make. Joe Hart was ineligible for the City game, and in his place, Adrian put up a tremendous performance.

The 30-year-old now comes back for contention to face the Blues, and Moyes may have to drop Hart for this one.

The 54-year-old boss notes that Adrian’s performance has given him a “good problem” because he is looking for a keen competition for places in the side.

The former Everton manager is happy that he now has two very good goalkeepers, and he welcomes the selection headache that comes with it.

Moyes has refused to reveal who will be playing on Saturday, but he has showered high praises on both his goalkeepers.

“First of all, I would want to say that Adrian’s performance gives me a good problem because I’m looking for keen competition for places in this team. I don’t want anyone to feel they have a divine right to play,” wrote Moyes in his column for the Standard.

“We have two good goalkeepers and every manager is looking for that. I’m not going to reveal just at this moment which of them will be playing on Saturday. Talking generally, Adrian did well against City but Joe is an exceptional goalkeeper who has qualities which may go unnoticed, such as his communication, his influence in the dressing room and his invaluable experience.”
