Sunderland got their first win in the Premier League at the 11th attempt when they beat Bournemouth last weekend.
Sunderland manager David Moyes says he is not getting carried away after his side recorded their first win of the season against Bournemouth prior to the international break, the club’s official website reports.
His side will look to build on that 2-1 win at Dean Court when they face Hull City at the Stadium of Light next Saturday in what could be a crucial game for both sides, even at this stage of the season, as both sides will go in search of back-to-back wins.

The win prior to the break wasn’t enough to move Sunderland off the bottom of the table but they now have five points from their opening 11 games of the season.
Hull are a further five points ahead of them and recorded their first win in nine games against Southampton and will sense an opportunity to try and climb out of the relegation zone.
Moyes told safc.com: “I’m very happy, it’s our first win of the season; we’ll not get carried away, we now need to go out and get number two.
“It’s our first win; let’s not get carried away, we’ve a lot of work to do to climb up the league.”

They do have a lot of work to do, but if they manage to record another win when they face Hull City then the mood around the club will all of a sudden feel that little bit different.
There are still things to work on – they have yet to record a clean sheet so far this season – but Moyes will have been heartened by the resilience they showed at Bournemouth to win even after Steven Pienaar had been dismissed.
They will hope the green shoots of growth continue in the coming weeks in what could be a difficult run of fixtures following Hull’s visit to Wearside – where they face Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United in the space of six games.
