Sunderland won 4-0 against Crystal Palace in their most recent outing.
David Moyes has admitted to the Shields Gazette that he would have liked to have made more additions at Sunderland during the January transfer window.
The Black Cats brought in Bryan Oviedo, Joleon Lescott and Darron Gibson last month, as Moyes strengthened his options.
The trio all made their debuts during Sunderland’s remarkable 4-0 victory against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park last weekend.

Oviedo started in the contest, while Lescott and Gibson were both brought on as substitutes, as Sunderland picked up an impressive three points.
And although Moyes was impressed by all three of his new recruit’s displays, the Scottish boss admits that he wishes he could have done more business.
“I don’t think it was that, although I was pleased with Bryan Oviedo’s performance, having not played very many minutes,” Moyes said.
“We would like to have done more business but the boys who came in have done well.
“I said last week that we need to get a good team spirit going now, be a bit ugly at times. That’s what we need to be.”

Despite Sunderland’s huge victory over Palace, they have still failed to move off the bottom of the Premier League standings.
The Black Cats need to continue to pick up wins, if they are to get out of trouble.
Sunderland are next in action on Saturday, when they take on Southampton at the Stadium of Light.
