Sunderland have had the Jordan Pickford, Lynden Gooch and Duncan Watmore impressing in the first team this season.
Sunderland manager David Moyes has told the Premier League’s official website that he is looking to inspire youngsters into moving to the Stadium of Light.
The Black Cats have enjoyed success with youngsters this season, with Jordan Pickford, Lyden Gooch and Duncan Watmore all starring in the first team.
Two of those have earned international recognition as a result, with Gooch featuring for the USA and Pickford a part of the current England squad.

Moyes was keen to add youth to his team in the summer transfer window as the likes of Paddy McNair and Donald Love were brought into the club and he says he is hoping to inspire more youngsters to make the move.
“Sunderland’s academy has produced Jordan Henderson, who recently captained England,” he told the Premier League’s official website.
“Jordan Pickford’s broken into the team, Lynden Gooch has become an international player in the last few weeks.”
“I want it to inspire young players to think, ‘If I go to Sunderland, the manager might put me in the team there’.”

While Moyes may be looking to inspire more young players to join the club, he should be targeting experience at this moment in time.
His side is seriously lacking in quality, to say the least, and that is why they find themselves bottom of the Premier League table.
Improvements are needed in several areas and Moyes would be wise to forget about signing youth and focusing on quality to ensure they can escape this current dire situation.
