Arthur Masuaku has been in wonderful form since Davdi Moyes has taken charge at West Ham United.
David Moyes deserves great credit for having the foresight to play Arthur Masuaku down the left-wing for West Ham United.
Moyes has managed to bring Masuaku into West Ham’s starting line-up, without replacing Aaron Cresswell, and the French born defender has been in wonderful form.
Masuaku always faced question marks over his defensive ability when playing at left-back, but since he has been given more attacking licence he has thrived.
Moyes raised eyebrows when he first started picking Masuaku as a winger, but his decision has been fully vindicated now.
And Moyes deserves great credit for having the courage to test out Masuaku in a more advanced role.
If Masuaku hadn’t performed Moyes would have risked looking foolish, but the Scot now appears to have pulled off a masterstroke.
And Moyes will be hoping that Masuaku’s brilliant form continues, as West Ham look to climb away from trouble.
