The Sunderland boss insists the talented keeper is going nowhere just yet.

The talented goalkeeper appears to be attracting plenty of interest with his fantastic form for the club this season.
Moyes, who also confirmed that the player was ahead of schedule in his return from injury, is quoted by the Northern Echo as making it clear that at present Sunderland have no desire to sell Pickford.

However, he did confirm he may eventually have to be moved on by the club:
“I’ve got no interest in selling Jordan at the moment. He’s too good, he’s a big asset for this club, a really big asset.
“Because of that, maybe the time will come when we have to do it, but if it comes it’ll be a premium.”

The 22-year-old England under-21 stopper has become Sunderland’s number one stopper this season and has attracted plenty of praise with his fantastic performances in between the sticks at the Stadium of Light and is quickly being recognised as one of the best young goalkeepers in the country.
Sunderland fans will be pleased to hear that Moyes is adamant on Pickford’s future, as he is undoubtedly a player who can go on to be a star at the club.
Hopefully he can return from injury soon and help Sunderland in their fight for Premier League survival.
