West Ham United sold striker Sebastien Haller to Ajax earlier this month, and they are subsequently being linked with a host of potential replacements.
The Hammers only have Michail Antonio as their leading striker, and Haller’s exit means that another striker is needed.
Boulaye Dia and Youssef En-Nesyri are two of the names linked, but it remains to be seen whether West Ham have the money to strike a deal.
So what if West Ham’s striker depth is already at the club? Mipo Odubeko looks to be a very exciting talent, and could be in line for a chance.
Odubeko, 18, joined West Ham from Manchester United in 2019, and has been starring for the Hammers at development level.
The striker has bagged nine goals and two assists in seven Under-18 games, as well as three goals in two Under-23 outings for West Ham.

Odubeko is now being hailed by boss Moyes, who has told Football.London that he has ‘big hopes’ for the teenager at the London Stadium.
“Mipo is somebody we are looking forward to working with,” said Moyes. “He is a young player we have big hopes for,” he added.
Moyes’ comments come after 90Min reported that Odubeko may be promoted as Haller’s replacement, and whilst a new signing would of course be exciting, seeing Odubeko emerge in the first-team would also set pulses racing based on his youth record.
