Celtic midfielder Callum McGregor is reportedly on Leicester City’s radar.

McGregor, who is one of the best players for Celtic, has been linked with a move to Leicester in the Premier League this summer.
According to The Express, Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers is a big admirer of the 26-year-old central midfielder and could make a move for him this summer.
The former Liverpool manager worked with McGregor when he was in charge of Scottish Premiership giants Celtic.
Former Celtic midfielder and manager Hay believes that the 26-year-old would be a huge loss for Neil Lennon’s side if he were to leave the Glasgow giants this summer.

Hay wrote in The Glasgow Evening Times: “Callum McGregor has been linked with a £10m move to join his old manager Brendan Rodgers down the road at Leicester, but there is absolutely no way that Celtic should be thinking about letting him leave the club for that price.
“So, if he is to leave – and there is no indication from McGregor himself that he would welcome a move – then Celtic should be aiming much higher in terms of a transfer fee.”
Hay added: “He has become such a key player for Celtic and he would be a huge loss. What he has done in the last couple of seasons has been exceptional, and he hasn’t looked back since he was brought into a central midfield role.”
Celtic stay
Leicester are an established club in the Premier League, and one can understand if McGregor was to be tempted to move to the Foxes.
However, Celtic should do their utmost to keep hold of the 26-year-old, as he has established himself as an important player in the team.
