Hammers co-owner David Gold shared the feel-good vibes he gets when speaking to club captain Mark Noble, when writing his regular column for the club’s official website, highlighting the fantastic camaraderie currently present amongst the players.
West Ham have managed to turn their season around over the past two months, and can climb to as high as ninth in the Premier League table with a win over league leaders Chelsea at the London Stadium tonight.
Slaven Bilic’s side have won six and drawn two of their last 11 league outings, and look like a side transformed, especially since the departure of Dimitri Payet in January.
And Gold drew attention how much of a closely knit group the Hammers squad have become – an impression he got when speaking to Mark Noble, when writing his column for WHUFC.com:

“I also think we are more together. Whenever I have spoken to Mark Noble or been around the players recently, I’ve seen that camaraderie and spirit, which is so important.”
The East London outfit will have their work cut-out when they play host to Antonio Conte’s men tonight, but with Andy Carroll back in contention for a place in the starting XI, there is good reason for genuine optimism amongst the West Ham fans.
And with ambitions of forcing their way inside the top seven still, three points tonight could be just the tonic they need to begin their surge up the table.
