West Ham United chairman David Gold has said that Joe Hart could be signed on a permanent deal.
West Ham United on Tuesday confirmed the signing of Joe Hart on a season-long loan deal from Manchester City.
The England first-choice goalkeeper, who has 71 international caps under his belt, spent the last season on loan at Torino, and is currently not in the plans of City manager, Pep Guardiola.

West Ham chairman, David Gold, has revealed his plans of securing a permanent move for Hart.
When he was asked on Twitter whether the club is planning a long term move for Hart, he replied that a deal could be struck if the fans take to him.
Hart is an experienced goalkeeper, who according to former West Ham player Matthew Etherington, is an upgrade on the current lot at the club.
More arrivals are expected at the London club, with the Hammers having already agreed a deal for Marko Arnautovic, as reported by BBC Sport, and close to securing a deal for Javier Hernandez.
