West Ham United co-chairman David Gold has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s failure to win against Everton at home.

The Hammers played out a goalless draw with the Toffees at the London Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Gold has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result, while also stating that striker Andy Carroll should be back for next weekend’s game against Stoke City away from home at the bet365 Stadium in the league.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at the London Stadium on Saturday afternoon, hosts West Ham had 41% of the possession, took 15 shots of which three were on target, and earned eight corners, according to BBC Sport.

Visitors Everton had 59% of the possession, took four shots of which none was on target, and earned four corners, according to BBC Sport.

West Ham are 14th in the Premier League table at the moment with 38 points from 34 matches, as many as seven points above the relegation zone.
