Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has responded to Newcastle United star Martin Dubravka’s post on Instagram after the FA Cup third-round tie against Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough Stadium on Saturday.
Dubravka recently returned to Newcastle from a loan spell at Premier League rivals Manchester United.
The £44,000-a-week (SalarySport) goalkeeper joined the Red Devils on loan from the Magpies in the summer of 2022.
Manchester United signed Dubravka as a back-up to first-choice goalkeeper David de Gea.
The 33-year-old was scheduled to stay at Old Trafford until the end of the season.
However, the decision was made to cut short his loan spell early due to lack of playing time.
The 33-year-old did not play for the Red Devils in the Premier League and made two appearances in the Carabao Cup for Erik ten Hag’s side.

Dubravka started for Newcastle in their FA Cup third-round tie against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.
Eddie Howe’s side lost 2-1.
It was heartbreak for Newcastle fans, as they have failed yet again in the FA Cup.
Dubravka has taken to Instagram to send a message to the Newcastle fans for welcoming him back into the team, and Manchester United goalkeeper De Gea has responded to it, as you can see below.
