David Brooks has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.

Reported Tottenham Hotspur target David Brooks has commented on his future.
The Bournemouth midfielder has emerged as one of Britain’s finest young talents, aged only 21.
The Mirror reported in February that Tottenham are willing to smash their transfer record and pay £50 million for the Wales international.
To underscore Brooks’s potential, he was named as his country’s Player of the Year ahead of Gareth Bale last week, despite Bale winning the Champions League for a fourth time last May – and scoring twice in the final, including an overhead kick.
He only joined the Cherries last summer but, if his latest comments are anything to go by, he might not sniff at the chance to join Spurs.
Brooks admitted to The Sun that he wanted to ‘play at the highest level’ – something that Eddie Howe cannot offer at this moment.
He said: “I want to play at the highest level possible — whether that is abroad or in England. I don’t know what the future holds for myself.
“Obviously the aim is to get up there and whatever opportunities come, I will have to make the decisions then.”
It certainly sounds as if Bournemouth – who tied him down until 2022 earlier this month – have an ambitious player on their hands, and giving him a new deal was smart from a business point of view.
He is bound to attract interest this summer but will Tottenham be in the mix? Time will tell.
