Everton are leading the race for striker Daryl Dike according to Eurosport, and they must have been impressed with him on Monday.
The Orlando City striker joined Barnsley on loan in January and has been an absolute sensation in the Championship.
On Easter Monday, Dike scored twice for Barnsley in their 2-1 win at Luton Town, bagging his first by racing clear, holding off a defender and finishing with his right foot.
Dike then showed his predatory instincts by following up Cauley Woodrow’s saved shot to add his second, securing the win for Barnsley.
The American hitman did end up having a penalty saved as he missed out on a hat-trick, but he won the spot kick himself as he again showed his quality.
Everton will surely have been watching, whilst TEAMtalk note that Leeds United are also keen as the race for his signature hots up.

Dike is only 20, but his outstanding athletic ability combined with natural goalscoring know-how means he has taken the Championship by storm.
With seven goals in 13 games, Dike is thriving at Barnsley, and a long-term stay in England looks likely given that Premier League teams are swarming.
Teammate Jordan Williams compared Dike to ex-Everton hero Romelu Lukaku last month, and with the goals continuing to flow, a return to Major League Soccer is looking less and less likely.
