Darren Till is aiming to run it back with two of the fighters who handed him his most memorable losses in the UFC – and is already thinking about completing the trilogy after those.

‘The Gorilla’ went on a strong run up the UFC welterweight rankings before earning a shot at Tyron Woodley’s title in 2018. Woodley won that fight by submission, and since then, Till has been pushing for a rematch, though this time around he wants it in boxing.

When he returned from that loss, the Briton headlined UFC London in 2019 against Jorge Masvidal. That fight ended in his first knockout defeat and helped launch Masvidal’s rise to Fighter of the Year.

Since kicking off his Misfits Boxing journey in January, Till has put together a strong run of results. He picked up knockout wins over Anthony Taylor and Luke Rockhold, along with a clear decision over Darren Stewart, and is eyeing another return early in 2026.

The Brit has been welcomed into the boxing scene. He was even invited as an honoured guest to the IBA Elite Men’s World Championships in Dubai this week, where he spent time with some of the sport’s icons. During a chat with Bloody Elbow, he outlined what he hopes to achieve in 2026.

When asked who he would fight if money were no object, he conceded: “I’d love my rematch with Masvidal.

“I’d love to knock him out because he knocked me out and then we could probably go for the trilogy.

“It’s the same with Woodley, he submitted me. So I’d love them two fights but then Nate Diaz is also available. He’s probably the biggest fight out of the three, I’d love that. Let’s see where it goes because I’d love the Nate fight as well.”

‘The Gorilla’ has been a main attraction, headlining three of Misfits Boxing’s four events this year. However, he is not scheduled to fight this week, which features Andrew Tate’s return to the ring. Notably, a future potential bout between Till and Tate is something that has generated interest from both parties.

He is expected to make his return early next year. He has numerous potential opponents, such as boxing star Rocky Fielding and his longtime rival Mike Perry.
