West Bromwich Albion were too good for Bristol City last night.
West Brom boss Darren Moore spoke to reporters in the aftermath of his side’s 4-2 win over Bristol City last night, and still found time to highlight what disappointed him about his team’s performance, as quoted by the Express & Star.
The Baggies have made a solid, if not spectacular, start to their 2018/19 Championship campaign, but they have still managed to take 14 points from their opening eight league outings, and they currently sit in third spot in the table.
Moore is in possession of a wonderfully strong squad of players at the Hawthorns, and many fans and pundits alike are tipping them to go on and secure promotion back to the Premier League this term.
The West Brom boss spoke to reporters after the game against the Robins last night, and shared one thing that disappointed him about his side’s display, as quoted by the Express & Star:
“I’m happy with the goals we’ve scored, but we’ll look back on those goals we conceded and try and improve there. We are a team in transition. It won’t be a perfect fit over night. It’s another win but again I’ll jump back on the video tomorrow and analyse the game.”
Next up for the Baggies is a home game against Millwall on Saturday, and it would take a brave man to bet against Moore’s men chalking up another three points.
