West Bromwich Albion play host to Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League tomorrow.
West Brom interim boss Darren Moore addressed the media today, ahead of his side’s clash with Tottenham at the Hawthorns tomorrow, and told reporters that he has almost a full compliment of players to choose from for the match, as quoted by the club’s official website.
The Baggies have amazingly avoided the drop over the past few weeks, with a draw against Liverpool sandwiched by superb wins over Manchester United and Newcastle United.
West Brom can still retain their Premier League status, but not only do they need to win their last two games, they need a quite incredible set of results to work in their favour as well.
Moore was in confident mood when speaking to reporters during his pre-match press conference today, and declared that he has close to a full-strength squad from which to choose from, as quoted by the club’s official website:
“We’ve got more or less a full-strength squad to choose from for the game against Spurs. The only two that will be missing are James Morrison and Gareth Barry. Apart from those two everyone is available for selection.”
Spurs are in just as much need of the points as West Brom are, with Champions League qualification for next season still not secured.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men need a other five points from their final three games in order to guarantee a top four finish, so Moore’s men will have a seriously tough task on their hands if they are to prevail from the game victorious.
