Field has really impressed this season, making 17 appearances in all competitions for the Baggies, and Moore chose to praise the midfielder, when speaking to reporters after his side’s win over Queens Park Rangers, as quoted by the Times:

“He (Sam Field) uses the ball very well, he’s an intelligent player. He’s a real student of the game. He’s another young player starting to grow in stature and he’ll continue to develop. When he steps in he understands the responsibility.”

Next up for West Brom is a huge home clash with Sheffield United tomorrow, before they travel to Elland Road to take on Leeds United the following Friday, and the outcome of those two games will have a huge bearing on the Black Country outfit’s hopes of earning promotion back to the Premier League this season.
