West Bromwich Albion midfielder James Morrison has started in his side’s last four matches.
Morrison’s contract at the Hawthorns was set to run down at the end of last season, but he was offered the chance to stay on at West Brom.
The Scot jumped at the chance to extend his stay with the Baggies, and his decision has been vindicated now.
Morrison has forced his way back into West Brom’s starting line-up, and is enjoying his best run of form for many months.
And Moore said: “He was out of contract, he had an opportunity to go away, but he stayed and we wanted him to stay.
“We had no doubt. Mozza has unfinished business here, he loves the club.”
Morrison has given West Brom an increased amount of creativity in recent weeks, and has started their last four matches.
The Baggies have now won two games on the spin, as they prepare to face Swansea City later this evening.
Moore’s side are currently in fifth place in the Championship table, but a victory at the Liberty Stadium could push them up to fourth place and reduce the gap on league leaders, Norwich City.
