Former Norwich striker says he can’t begrudge Maddison his move to Leicester.

James Maddison is on the brink of a move from Norwich City to Leicester City, SkySports report.
The 21-year-old has chosen to move to Leicester, snubbing an offer from Southampton.
Norwich are set to receive a fee in excess of £20 million for the playmaker, who netted 14 goals in the Championship last season.

Former Norwich City striker Darren Huckerby admits he is disappointed to see Maddison leave, but cannot blame the youngster for wanting to make the switch to the Premier League.
Norwich finished down in 14th place last season and never looked like challenging for the play-offs.
Major investment is needed and Maddison’s sale will allow that to happen, but replacing him will not be easy and the jury is still out on Canaries boss Daniel Farke.
Maddison will feel he has earned his opportunity and will be determined to follow in Huckerby’s footsteps and have a fruitful career in the Premier League.
