TalkSPORT pundit Darren Bent has said that he would take Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho at Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.
The former Tottenham Hotspur striker has said on talkSPORT (5:45pm, September 7, 2023) that Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho would be a good back-up to Bukayo Saka at Arsenal.
Bent, who is an Arsenal fan, made the comments about Sancho when asked which player he would like the Gunners most to sign – Sancho, Tottenham Hotspur forward Richarlison or Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk.

According to ESPN, Sancho is not happy with United manager Erik ten Hag publicly criticising him.
Al Ettifaq FC reportedly tried to sign the £350,000-a-week (Spotrac) English winger this week.
Bent said: “I would take Sancho. Back-up for Saka on that right-hand side.
“I know he doesn’t want to play there. That’s where you play him.”
No place for Jadon Sancho at Arsenal
We do not think that there is any place for Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho at Arsenal.
Yes, Sancho is only 23 now and could get back to the form he showed at Borussia Dortmund in the coming years.
But, he has not done enough at United to suggest that he could become a success at Arsenal.

The winger publicly disagreeing with Ten Hag is not a good look either.
Moreover, Arsenal do not need to sign Sancho anytime soon.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has enough options out wide in his squad at the moment.
We do not think that the North London club need to bring in a wide player anytime soon.
Sancho has made 58 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
The winger has scored nine goals and given six assists in those games.
