TalkSPORT pundit Darren Bent has said that he has been wrong about Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk.
The former Tottenham Hotspur striker has said on talkSPORT (5:40pm, September 7, 2023) that he thought that Mykhailo Mudryk would explode for Chelsea this season.

Bent has noted how good the 22-year-old Ukraine international winger looked in pre-season.
However, the pundit has been disappointed by Mudryk so far this season.
Bent believes that the winger is lacking confidence at the moment.
The talkSPORT pundit has urged Mudryk to continue to work hard.
The winger has made three substitute appearances in the Premier League for Chelsea so far this campaign.
Mudryk has made 18 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
The Ukraine international has given two assists in those matches.
Bent said about Mudryk: “He just looks like a player that has no confidence whatsoever, and I mean, whatsoever. Everything that he does, just doesn’t work, does it?”
The talkSPORT pundit added: “Watching him in pre-season, I thought, ‘You know what? He looks like he is going to come back with a newfound focus, confidence’.
“Just hasn’t got any. Just keep going, keep plugging away.”
Mykhailo Mudryk could come good for Chelsea
We believe that Mykhailo Mudryk could come good for Chelsea eventually.
Yes, the Ukrainian is not having the best of times with the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners at the moment.
But, Mudryk is a very talented and promising young player.
And he is only 22.
It is never easy to get going at a club after joining them in the middle of a season.
And Chelsea were struggling badly when the winger moved to Stamford Bridge.
We believe that under Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino, Mudryk will develop and realise his potential.
