Former Tottenham star Darren Anderton has hailed the performance of playmaker Christian Eriksen.
The Dane was instrumental in Tottenham’s 2-1 victory over Middlesbrough at the weekend, creating three chances as the club kept up their unbeaten start to the season.

Anderton, who starred for Spurs and represented England in the 1990s, commented on Twitter that he regards Eriksen as an ‘absolute class act’.
Anderton elaborated further, going on to comment that he feels Eriksen is Tottenham’s most talented player, and their most influential.
With last season’s Golden Boot winner Harry Kane out injured, Tottenham especially need their stars like Eriksen to step up and deliver.
At present Tottenham are unbeaten in the Premier League through six games, but have a match upcoming against early season pace setters Manchester City this weekend.
Before that they travel to Russia to face CSKA Moscow in the Champions League, hoping to bounce back from their opening defeat at home to Monaco.
