Former Tottenham Hotspur star Darren Anderton is tipping his old side to beat Arsenal this weekend.

Anderton was speaking to bookies betsafe, and told how he believes Tottenham will simply prove to be too good for Arsenal.

Anderton said: “I think Spurs will win, I think the way they’re playing at the moment and the fact that a few of their key players have had a little break the last couple of weeks, they’ll be firing on all cylinders.

“I think it will be an entertaining game, and the way that Spurs are playing at the moment will be too much for Arsenal.”

Tottenham’s star players Harry Kane and Dele Alli are rested up after missing international duty, but they are set to miss defender Toby Alderweireld, who is out of the game with a hamstring problem.

The last North London derby at The Emirates ended in a 1-1 draw, with Spurs winning the return at White Hart Lane last season 2-0 in a Harry Kane inspired victory.
