Leeds United have been linked with Jack Marriott of Peterborough United in the summer transfer window.

Leeds United are among the clubs who have been linked with Jack Marriott of Peterborough United in the summer transfer window.
According to The Daily Mail, Leeds are interested in the 23-year-old striker, and so are Championship rivals Sheffield Wednesday and Nottingham Forest.
Marriott, who cost Peterborough £450,000 in transfer fees when they signed him from Luton Town in the summer of 2017 according to The Daily Mail, has been in great form so far this season.

According to Transfermarkt.co.uk, the 23-year-old has scored 26 goals and provided four assists in 41 League One appearances for The Posh so far this season.
Peterborough chairman Darragh MacAnthony, though, does not seem to be in any rush to sell Marriott, and certainly does not appear to be open to a swap deal with Leeds involving 27-year-old Republic of Ireland international midfielder Eunan O’Kane.
MacAnthony’s response with just an emoji on social networking site Twitter when proposed a swap deal by a Leeds fan is telling – he is not simply open to the idea.
