Frank Lampard has only given Alex Pearce one starting appearance for Derby County so far.

Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony has suggested that he was interested in Derby County’s Alex Pearce, but could not strike a deal.
Posh are looking to bring in a new centre-back, and the Derby centre-back was a name on their radar.
However, Pearce is on a sizeable wage at Pride Park, and Peterborough were unable to afford to agree a loan with Frank Lampard’s side.
Pearce has made just one appearance for Derby this season, and looks a long way from Lampard’s first team.
Lampard has generally picked Richard Keogh and Fikayo Tomori as his first choice defensive pairing for the Rams this term.
Pearce may not be moving to Posh, but it would not be a surprise to see him depart Derby this month.
Derby are believed to be looking to bring in some players on loan, and Lampard could be required to clear the decks to make room for any new additions.
