Jack Marriott joined Derby County from Peterborough United in the summer transfer window.

Peterborough United manager Darragh MacAnthony has praised Derby County striker Jack Marriott on Twitter.
MacAnthony has lauded Marriott for his strong work ethic, and has claimed that the 24-year-old striker has all the attributes to play at the top.
The striker joined Championships side Derby from League One club Marriott in the summer transfer window.
According to Sky Sports, the Rams paid the Posh an initial transfer fee of £3 million in order to secure the services of the 24-year-old.
As reported by Sky Sports, Marriott scored 33 goals in all competitions for Peterborough during the 2017-18 campaign.
The former Ipswich Town striker has scored four goals and provided two assists in 524 minutes of Championship football for Derby so far this season, according to WhoScored.

Frank Lampard’s Derby are fifth in the Championship table at the moment with 28 points from 16 matches, just two points behind leaders Leeds United.
Marriott’s goals and performances are a major reason why Derby are doing so well in the Championship at the moment.
