Middlesbrough are said to be chasing Nottingham Forest striker Britt Assombalonga.

Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony has suggested that Nottingham Forest should be demanding £15 million from Middlesbrough for Britt Assombalonga.
Sky Sports suggest that Garry Monk wants to make Assombalonga his first addition at the Riverside Stadium.
Monk has been impressed by the Congolese-born forward’s prowess in front of goal.

Assombalonga netted 14 goals for Forest last season, despite spending a sizeable chunk of the campaign injured.
And MacAnthony has suggested that Forest should be looking for a big fee for the 24-year-old.
Assombalonga moved to Forest from Peterborough back in 2014, and MacAnthony may have an interest in the striker’s next move.
When asked whether Posh had a sell-on clause on Assombalonga, MacAnthony offered a cryptic response.
