The Newcastle goalkeeper has enjoyed a good spell between the sticks since he replaced Matz Sels.
Newcastle goalkeeper Karl Darlow has hailed the incredible support they have received so far this season, and hopes it continues away to Barnsley, speaking to The Chronicle.
The Magpies moved to second on Saturday with a 3-1 win over Brentford, with Darlow making a selection of smart saves to ensure there was no way back into the game for the Bees.
The 26-year-old has been a crowd favourite since his long run in the side at the end of last season, and Darlow has praised the Geordie faithful.

“It’s crazy, we have been supported so well all the way through,” Darlow told The Chronicle.
“They turn the away games into home games for us with the cheering and so on.
“Hopefully they stick with us and we continue winning football matches.”
The support the Magpies have received, both home and away has been sensational, and that will continue at Oakwell with just under 6,000 fans travelling to see Rafael Benitez’s side attempt to make it four wins on the bounce.

Newcastle’s winning run has coincided with the return of Darlow to the starting line up, who replaced Matz Sels for the 4-3 win over Norwich, and has kept his place ever since.
The Belgian had endured a rocky start to his career on Tyneside, with fans growing frustrated with his performances, so Darlow was given the chance to takeover and has certainly taken his chance.
The former Nottingham Forest keeper is expected to retain his place on Tuesday evening against Barnsley.
