The Italian spent one season on loan with Leeds United.
The 22-year-old centre back spent a season on loan at Elland Road, during the 2014/15 campaign, but made just one appearance – an FA Cup match against Sunderland.
It is perhaps somewhat surprising then that Del Fabro chose to mention Leeds, when discussing periods of his career that have helped him progress to the stage where the Italian champions deemed him good enough to sign.

The former Cagliari man is quoted by Tutto Mercato Web as telling reporters:
“I had an important track that led me to play in Serie A and mature in B, I had the opportunity to get on the pitch also in England with Leeds, so despite my young age I have decent experience.”
The classy 6ft centre-back will spend this season on loan with Novara, following his move to Juve, where he will be hoping to pick up further experience of playing regularly, and return to Turin one step closer to the finished article.
And if he does live up to his undoubted potential, Leeds could very well look at Del Fabro as a huge opportunity missed, and their fans might wonder why he was not given more of a chance at Elland Road three years ago.
